Time:10:00 am to 11:00 am
Join us for a diverse exploration of artmaking materials and art processes through age-appropriate art activities.
We invite parents and guardians to bring their little ones under the age of 5 to explore art making with non-toxic materials in this fun and social program that encourages creative self-expression while developing fine and gross motor skills and sensory awareness. All are welcome to create, and make sure you dress for mess!
This month we will start our session off by engaging with artworks in our international print exhibition the Okanagan Print Triennial. Inspired by the variety of works in the exhibition, we will head to the classroom and play with gluing different materials to a base, inking them up with our brayers, and rolling them through the printing press!
